Court Services
The Tribal Court has four separate courts with a designated judge over each court and associate judges to assist. Any matter involving offenses by non-members of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians may be handled under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Magistrate. Certain felony offenses may be handled under the jurisdiction of the Federal courts.
The division of Court Services is comprised of the following:
