Lexi Camille Rodriguez

Lexi Camille Rodriguez is the 17-year-old daughter of Abraham and Nakita Rodriguez and is from the Pearl River Community. Her maternal grandparents are Dorena Henry and Rory Willis, Sr. who also reside in the Pearl River Community. Paternal grandparents are Jose Rodriguez and Maria Gomez from Leon, Mexico. Lexi has four brothers, Camden, Cameron, Landanian, and Daylen.

This fall, she will be a senior at Choctaw Central High School, where her favorite subject is Chemistry. Lexi is a football cheerleader and has been a part of the cheer team since middle school. After graduation, Lexi plans to attend the University of Arkansas and study Nursing. She hopes to become a travel nurse one day.

Lexi enjoys beading, running for fun, playing with her siblings, and making tik toks. Her favorite fair activity is Choctaw Social Dancing. Like most youth, her favorite dance is Stealing Partners.

Past Princesses

A tradition that started in 1955, the Choctaw Indian Princess is crowned each year on the first night of the Choctaw Indian Fair. The first official princess, Patsy Sam Buffington, was selected at the tender age of 12, thus beginning a distinguished legacy. The Choctaw Princess serves as the Tribe’s Ambassador.
