Radiology Department
The Choctaw Health Center Diagnostic Radiology Department offers medical imaging services to tribal members and eligible individuals of all ages through physician/nurse practiioners requests to monitor the health conditions of the individual and to assist the medical staff in reaching a diagnosis.
Modality services provided include:
- Radiography (x-ray)
- CT Scan
- Ultrasonography
- Mammography and Bone Densitometry
Some modality services may require an appointment and/or patient preparation to ensure proper examination.
