Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Set for Pushmataha Place

CHOCTAW, Miss. – (December 18, 2007) – A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for Pushmataha Place, a new subdivision on Blackjack Rd., on December 18, 2007, at 2 p.m. Miko Denson, Tribal council representatives and new subdivision homeowners attended the event.

Pushmataha Place is the newest subdivision funded through the Choctaw Loan Program and USDA. While there are 22 homes in the subdivision, 13 homes have already sold. The homes are for low to mid-level income households and feature 4 bed/2 baths and 3 bed/ 2baths. List prices range from $128,100 - $157,200 with the majority of homes priced between $128,100 to $131,400.
