Services available
at the CCAC are aimed to provide the child victims
and their family with treatment, education, and support
while effectively coordinating other community resources.
This support given to victims and their family begins
the recovery process and also helps families move
through the system that legally manages child abuse
cases.
Protecting children from abuse is everyone's
responsibility. Everyone working together, the police,
social workers, doctors, therapists, prosecutors,
and advocates, can provide a community based response
to the problem of child abuse and help to build a
safe community. If you suspect child abuse is occurring,
please complete the following form and file a copy with the CCAC, Choctaw Police Department, and Children and Family Services:

Services include, but are
not limited to:
- Individual therapy services
- Case management services for the child victim and family
